One of Queensland’s leading private schools, Sunshine Coast Grammar School comprises an Early Learning Centre, primary school, secondary school and facilities like a world class swimming pool and tennis centre. The school prides itself on attracting the brightest students across the region.
The Problem
In 2018 the school was planning a digital transformation of its marketing program, including a new website, an online Customer Relationship Management system and online enrolment, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and digital advertising. With increasing competition, it was important for the school to take its marketing to a new level and ensure that leads were captured, nurtured and converted to enrolments through a new digital ecosystem.
The Solution
Converge Marketing completed a comprehensive digital marketing review. This included a two year roadmap for the School’s digital marketing program, which led to planning a new website sitemap, User Experience strategy and content plan. We also provided project management of the new website development with the School’s incumbent developer and CRM supplier. With the new digital platform now live, Converge Marketing continues to support Sunshine Coast Grammar School with paid media, including Google and Facebook ads and SEO to ensure a strong digital presence and active lead generation.
